Summary

Create a Calendar, select one or more dates, then users can select the Calendar using the Select Calendar Dates frequency when creating a Schedule. Any Schedule using a Calendar will be automatically updated when the Calendar dates are edited.


Create a Calendar

To create an object, select Manage then a folder.

  • Select New > Calendar
  • Name: Enter a name
  • DatesSelect one or more dates from the calendar
  • Select the Save button


Use a Date Macro

To use a Date Macro to add Calendar dates:

  • Select Edit Macros
  • Select one or more Macros
  • Select Save


Create a Calendar Date Macro

  • Select Edit Macros
  • Select Add Custom Macro
  • Select M icon
  • Add a Marco to Field Value and customize (example: [FIRSTDAYINMONTH+1D])
  • Select Apply Field Value
  • Select OK
  • Select Save
  • Select Macro from list
  • Select Save
  • Select Save


To manage Custom Calendar Macros select System > Configuration > Category:General > CalendarDateMacros.
