In some scenarios, InfoBurst leverages the Crystal Report Application Server (RAS) for Crystal Report processing. Users of BI 4.2 SP03 and earlier reported load balancing among multiple RAS servers was not occurring as expected. This is a known issue by SAP and the issue is resolved in BI 4.2 SP04 and later.
