A Database Connection returns the following error when attempting to connect to SQL Server:

Connection failed (Timeout=15) :: [DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen(SECDoClientHandshake()).]SSL Security error.

This error can occur when the server hosting SQL Server is restricted to TLS 1.2. SQL Server TLS 1.2 support was introduced in InfoBurst Platform Build 238 SP1.
