Summary
This article describes how to manage Folders.
Add a Folder
To create an object, select Manage.
- Select level at which to create the folder
- Select New > Folder
- New Folder: Enter a name
Manage a Folder
Select Manage to manage a root-level folder. Select a Folder to manage one of its sub-Folders. Select the pencil button to toggle Advanced Mode.
Copy or Move a Folder
- Select the Folder to copy or move on the left
- Select the Copy or Move button on the right
- Select the target Folder
- Select the Select button
Rename a Folder
- Select the Folder to rename on the left
- Select the Rename button on the right
- Enter the new Folder name and press Enter. Press Esc to exit without renaming.
- Select the Folder to delete on the left
- Select the Delete button on the right
Set Access Rights
Folder access rights are granted by Group. A user must be assigned to a group and the group granted access to a folder for the folder to be accessible by the user.
- Select the Folder to configure on the left
- Select the Access Rights button on the right
- Set Right for one or more Groups
- Select the OK button
