This article describes how to change InfoBurst Platform port numbers if required.
Recommendations
Changing a port may adversely affect the InfoBurst system. We strongly recommend contacting the InfoSol Help Desk before changing a port number.
Default Ports

| 8550 | SoapServicePort | Internal service port used by Flex user interface |
| 8551 | RestServicePort | Used by Flex user interface and dashboard connectors |
| 8552 | AltRestServicePort | Used for InfoBurst Authentication when Windows Authentication is enabled |
| 8553 | IB26ServicePort | Internal use only |
| 8554 | UIServicePort | Used by HTML5 user interface |
| 8555 | AdminServicePort | Internal use only |
Change a Port
- Log into the Command Shell
- Enter Set Config <Port_Name>="<New_Port_Number>"
- Re-start the InfoBurst service
