The start up page for all 4.x SAP Dashboards versions references the url http://cdn.jquerytools.org/1.2.6/full/jquery.tools.min.js which is no longer viable resulting in a script error message when opening. Ignoring the message (replying No to continue running the script) results in a second script error of similar circumstance. Replying No to both scripts will NOT affect the running of the tool. Dashboards may be edited or created without affect.

To avoid the error messages by disabling the start page, the basic instructions are:
- Rename the folder startPage to disable the SAP advertisement page and its location is as below.
C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Xcelsius 4.0\assets\startPage
For now there is this work around to not see the advertisements. This will allow it to open without script error but with "This page can't be displayed". If you then go to File/New or File/Open you will still be able to create or edit dashboards without a problem.
