Backup & Recovery

InfoBurst Service
We recommend your Windows Administrator schedule a weekly restart of the InfoBurst service. This should be done only during periods of no job activity in InfoBurst.
InfoBurst Server
We recommend your Windows Administrator schedule a monthly restart of the Windows server that hosts InfoBurst. This should be done only during periods of no job activity in InfoBurst.
We do not recommend editing the InfoBurst installation files or registry settings in any way. Doing so may impact the proper functioning of InfoBurst.
Windows Updates
We recommend qualifying Windows updates in an InfoBurst test environment prior to updating a production InfoBurst server.
