Summary
This article describes the various destinations available for content delivery. Destinations may vary based on selected Format.
Network Folder
- Folder: Select the folder icon and select a network folder. Select the M icon to optionally use Macros to create a dynamic path.
- File Name (optional): Specify a file name using static text and/or Macros
- Replace: Un-check this option to avoid replacing an existing file with the same name
- Unpack to Folder (.dash only): Unpack .dash files to target location

Zip Options
- Zip Name: Specify a file name using static text and/or Macros
- Password (optional): Supply a password to protect the .ZIP file. Select Use Macro to supply customized password(s) using the Extra Column macro. Password plus AES encryption requires third-party program to open (WinZip or WinRAR).
Authentication
Do not configure network credentials unless advised by your InfoBurst administrator. Network Folder delivery uses the service account by default and does not require credentials.
Add Recipient(s)
- Select the + icon to add recipients
- File Name (optional): Specify the attachment file name using static text or system macros
- Select To, CC or BCC
- Use a semicolon delimiter with multiple email addresses to produce individually addressed email messages
- Use a comma delimiter to include multiple email addresses in the To, CC, or BCC field in the resulting email message
- Select a Recipient type:
- Data Source: Select a Data Source
- For Database Query define Parameters, Delimiter and Column (if applicable)
- For MultiColumn List or File List define Column and Condition (if applicable)
- Entered Value: Enter an email address or Data Source Extra Column
- InfoBurst Group: Select an user group
- InfoBurst User: Select an user
- Data Source: Select a Data Source
- Select OK
- Select Save button
File Name (optional)
Specify a file name using static text and/or Macros
Message (optional)
Enter a message using static text and/or Macros. The message field supports simple HTML tags (example: <P>) for message formatting.
Zip Options
- Zip Name: Specify a file name using static text and/or Macros
- Password (optional): Supply a password to protect the .ZIP file. Select Use Macro to supply customized password(s) using the Extra Column macro. Password plus AES encryption requires third-party program to open (WinZip or WinRAR)
- Portal Folder: Select the folder icon and select a portal folder. Select the M icon to optionally use Macros to create a dynamic path.
- File Name (optional): Specify a file name using static text and/or Macros
- File Set Name (optional): The file set is a collection of files produced over time (versions). Specify a file set name using static text and/or Macros.
- Versions: Specify the number of content versions to retain
- Use Data Context for Version Info: Uncheck this option to use File Name as version name

SharePoint
- Platform: Select a SharePoint Platform
- Ad-hoc:Select to define a SharePoint server not represented by a SharePoint Platform (not recommended)
- SharePoint Site URL: Enter site URL (e.g. https://mysharepoint/mysite)
- User: Provide SharePoint username

- Target certificate must be installed in the Personal > Certificates store. See your Windows Server administrator for information about obtaining and installing an SSL certificate.

Authentication
Consult your InfoBurst administrator before supplying credentials. WebDAV delivery uses the service account by default and does not require credentials.
Printer
Send content to a network printer.
- Select a Printer
- Select Use Macro to supply printer name using an Extra Column value from a Data Source
Custom
This option is used for specialized delivery/publication requirements. A custom command is invoked to perform some sort of action on a file resulting from a delivery.
- Command: Enter the UNC location and name of command file (example = \\computer\folder\command.bat). Service account must have execute access on command file.
- Parameters (optional): Enter any parameters required by the command program. Use %F to reference the temporary file path generated by the Burst.
