Replace Excel file when outputting to XI (maintain CUID)

When bursting an Excel document to an XI platform destination, the document is recreated with a new CUID. This breaks any WebI documents in the repository that had a reference to that Excel as a data source for a query. If the Excel already exists, InfoBurst should replace the file instead of delete/create to maintain the same CUID.
