Ability to set on Hold selected schedules

In case of database issues, or others, we should be able to set on hold 1 or multiple selected schedules, and release them once the issues are fixed.

This would be very useful to be able to go to a particular day and select a schedule and click the hold button like you can do for the current day. Examples of why this is needed are when there are planned database maintenance activities. We could hold certain schedules ahead of time and release them once the maintenance is completed.
