In the following scenario, a BI 4.x Web Intelligence report published in non-Native format contains data for the default parameter value rather than the value(s) supplied for refresh/bursting:
Web Intelligence report delivery in non-Native format (PDF, Excel, etc.) and using tab splitting
Second delivery for same report where destination is XI Server > Instance
