Issues with burst setting "Send content pieces with a single email"

Burst Properties option "Send content pieces with a single email" is enabled. This should result in a single email sent to all recipients with the same content attached. Instead the following occurs:
Multiple emails are sent (one per user)
Each email message has multiple copies of the same content attached
This issue is under investigation.

This issue is resolved in InfoBurst Platform Build 234.
