Provide the ability to load an Excel template file to control formatting

Currently Safeway is bursting Crystal reports via InfoBurst which delivers more than 50 excel files using single pass bursting. While printing the excel, only the first page prints the title since the “print titles” page layout option is not set for the column headings. We would like to Upload an excel template to infoburst and consume this template for infoburst delivered excel files to control a range of formatting options. This functionality exists in one of our legacy systems.

This was a very useful feature of 2.6

I wonder why it was dropped.
