Build 231 - Refresh Error 'source must have the same # values'

The following error occurs on Refresh when a report has two parameters, each assigned a different data source, where one source returns one value and the other source returns multiple values:
Error ==> Error while generating parameters :: Dynamic source for 'Enter value(s) for City:' has 10 values. This source must have the same # values as other dynamic sources (1) ...
This issue is resolved in Build 231 FP1 and later builds. Please update to the latest available build.
