When authentication mode is set to Windows, the following error occurs when the user interface session times out (20 minutes):
This is a known issue and is currently under investigation.
To work around the issue, simply refresh the page.
This issue is resolved in Build 231 FP2 and later builds. Please update to the latest available build.
Hi Brian, I experience this issue when i login through Windows AD and want to log out to login with a non-windows AD based account (i.e. one i creased in InfoBurst) for testing purposes. Is this something I can accomplish or would i need to turn Windows Auth off entirely?
