Burst Filter Error 'Unable to create drill filter'

Problem
The following error occurs during the FILTER stage of a Burst using a Web Intelligence report:
Error ==> Unable to create drill filter for 'Store' => WSR 00102
Cause
To achieve filtering, InfoBurst must initiate a filter on the report after refresh. This error can occur if the report is saved with a the Drill feature enabled.
Solution
Disable the Drill feature on any/all tabs within the Web Intelligence report and save. It is not necessary to re-catalog the report in InfoBurst.
