The following error occurs when adding a document to InfoBurst or processing a document in a Burst:
Invalid Query :: An XSD Exception occurred
Cause
The issue was introduced in Business Objects XI3 SP3 and later. It occurs under the following circumstances:
Delivery of NATIVE format to any XI Platform location (public folder, inbox, instance)
Making any changes to default format and destination settings for a document via the Business Objects Central Management Console (CMC > Document > Default Settings > Formats and Destinations)
Solution
SAP have acknowledged this issue (SAP Note 1646809) and have indicated a fix will be available in XI3.1 SP6. If
your requirements match either of the items mentioned above (cause), we recommend avoiding application of
BusinessObjects XI3 SP3 or later until the issue is resolved by SAP.
