Hey Mike. When you say users, do you mean the destination is email and the recipient is an InfoBurst user?

If yes, then is it here you would expect to see the disable/disable-next options?
Yes. If you have a list of users and you want to send out a test to just some (or one) of them, right now you either have to remove all of the other users or create another distribution. It would be good to be able to just temporarily disable some recipients.

We sometimes want to send out a burst to only some of the normal users in the burst (maybe for testing). It would be convenient to be able to disable a delivery to specific users while leaving others enabled. Now I can remove users but then I have to put them back. Disabling (or even "disable next") would make it much easier.
