Expire Infoburst Platform User Passwords

In order to service external users, they need to be setup with Infoburst authentication .  To meet security standards passwords needs to expire, but there is not currently the ability expire passwords when using Infoburst authentication.

We are considering a new set of password options, including password expiry, password policy enforcement, and more.
