One thing I would suggest is allow security to be done on a user basis in addition to group. While it would be best to use a group for security (as we do for BO), I think for infoburst, at least for us, we would need to do it at a user level quite often. I guess to replace those going to network folders groups would probably be fine but I would also like to offer it for those being sent out by email. When I look at those we would probably need hundreds of groups (I would dare say just about one for every document we send by email) to handle all of the combinations that we would need. If we could not set up the security by user it would definitely limit our use of the portal.
