Error "Root folder not properly configured (AppRoot)"

The following error occurs when running the InfoBurst Platform updater on a server where the InfoBurst Platform is not installed:


Root folder not properly configured (AppRoot)


A prior version of the InfoBurst Platform must be installed prior to running an update.
