Tableau Server project selection returns error "For security reasons DTD is prohibited"

The following error occurs when selecting a Project in a Tableau Server delivery:

Server returned the following error: For security reasons DTD is prohibited in this XML document. To enable DTD processing set the DtdProcessing property to XmlReaderSettings to Parse and pass the settings into the XML.Create method.

The error may occur if Project permissions are not set to Publish.

The tableau user needs to have any one of the roles listed below

· Server Admin

· Site admin

· Project Leader

· Publisher

In some cases the "Site ID" and "Site Name" can be different. The infoBurst UI uses the Site ID. The Site ID can be obtained from your Tableau Server admin.
