Invalid references created when changing Action type

This issue is resolved in InfoBurst Platform Build 234.

A Start Burst or Start Schedule action is created. The action is then associated with a schedule or burst. The action is then changes. This results in an invalid reference in the schedule or burst to the original Action object.
This issue is under investigation.
