BusinessObjects error "Not a valid token (FWB 00003)" on long WebI REFRESH

It was set at 5 minutes - but this is concerning since I haven't seen this before. I changed to 10 and restarted and will watch and see what happens.
Why would it suddenly become a problem? any ideas

The following error occurs on a long WebI REFRESH:
Not a valid logon token. (FWB 00003)
The issue can occur when the WebApplicationContainerServer setting Enterprise Session Token Timeout (minutes) is less than the total refresh time of the report. This setting should be increased to match or exceed the report refresh time.
