pass parameters to burst being kicked off via URL

Kicking off a burst via URL is very useful. It would be great if the URL can pass in a parameter or prompt values. This would remove the "technical" part of kicking off a burst which needs parameters from inside of InfoBurst. A non-technical user can simply click a link prepared specifically for them with their prompt vallues.
