IBMAINT Migrate Platform option does not update Crystal type (XI3 to BI4)

Crystal documents are cataloged from a Platform of version XI 3.1. When running IBMAINT option Migrate Platform to migrate the platform to BI 4.2, the Crystal document type is not properly updated to BI 4.2. This prevents the document from running in a burst after the migration.
