An InfoBurst server has Windows Authentication enabled. User attempts to browse to the InfoBurst user interface using Internet Explorer 11 on Windows Server. The browser prompts for credentials when it should not. After providing credentials, the logon attempt fails.
This issue may be caused by a browser security setting. Try changing Internet Explorer setting Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting to Enable.
