PDF Grouping option "Hide Table of Contents" doesn't work using group by recipient.

A burst contains multiple documents. Each document has an email delivery. Content Grouping to PDF is enabled and the "Hide Table of Content" option is enabled. The resulting grouped PDF contains a table of contents.
