This issue can occur under the following circumstances:

Burst via parameter or filter
Document processing exceeds Max Generation time
Parameter/filter list of values (LOV) used after Max Generation retry does not match initial LOV

In this scenario a file may contain data from the previous bursting value.

This issue is under investigation.
