Delimited Text contains default document data when processing via Server Instance

Web Intelligence processing mode is set to Server Instance. Publication format is Delimited Text. In this scenario the Delimited Text file contains default data (data for which the document was last refreshed and saved in BI LaunchPad).
Delimited Text requires BusinessObjects to publish the document's data provider(s) as XML. The Web Intelligence Job Scheduler (Server Instance) does not support this format. Therefore BusinessObjects is publishing the XML using the default data.
