WebI Export error using Delimited Text

One of the following errors may occur on EXPORT when publishing a WebI document as Delimited Text:

Error ==> Request failed with Http Status=500

'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown

Delimited Text represents the documents data provider(s). Delimited Text is not a format supported by the BusinessObjects SDK. InfoBurst extracts XML then converts to text. The above errors can occurs when the XML exceeds 2GB.

This issue is under investigation. 


We recommend the following workaround solution for this issue:

  • Create a new report tab in the Web Intelligence document
  • Place all objects from the data provider(s) on the tab
  • Use Excel CSV format to export the report tab as delimited text

Builds 235 Fix Pack 1 and later contain a workaround for this issue.
