Hey Kieth. The requirement you describe can be achieved using Delivery Conditions. The condition can be based on any report field and the delivery will not occur if the condition is false at runtime.

We would love to put to use the Check If Empty option. However, the majority of the WebI reports we deliver have header information pulled from a metadata DB. So even when the report content is empty, there always the Header information getting pulled in. We'd like the option for Check If Empty to ignore that Header DB query (if possible please).
