InfoBurst Portal delivery error "Current access rights/user role do not allow this object to be deleted"

Issue
An InfoBurst Portal delivery fails with no error in the Activity Log. The Server Log contains the following error:
Err='Deliver failed :: Current access rights/user role do not allow this object to be deleted'
A portal delivery may involve deletion of old versions as a part of version management. A user must have role Administrator to delete portal versions. The error will occur when the user running the burst has a role that is lower than Administrator.
Solution
Ensure the user running the burst is assigned role Administrator.
