Optional metadata field for bursts (to identify owner, history of changes)

Add optional property fields for bursts to store the name or email address or employee ID of the person who owns the burst. And, a text property to hold a history of changes to the burst. Very useful for audit purposes and for confirming that the bursts are still required by users on a quarterly basis. The "Business Owner" or "Business Contact" won't have an account in IBE but is the one who approves any changes to the burst or we reach out if we have any questions regarding the burst.

Hey Viji. The Burst does have a Description field on the Burst tab. This information could be included in the Description field. The upcoming version of InfoBurst (2022.3) will include a new Discover feature where you can generate reports based on InfoBurst items (Bursts, Schedules, etc). These reports will include the Description field information.


Additionally, we are considering the option to include the Description field contents in Search results.
