SharePoint error "Unable to get sub folders. Failed to list documents" when library name contains ampersand

A SharePoint document library name contains an ampersand. The following error occurs when attempting to select the folder when browsing libraries:


"Unable to get sub folders. Failed to list documents for .."


This issue is under investigation.
