BusinessObjects REFRESH error " No logon token provided (RWS 00008)"

The following burst error occurs on REFRESH or EXPORT of a WebI document:

Error ==> No logon token provided in the X-SAP-LogonToken HTTP header or query parameter. (RWS 00008)

The error occurs because the request time (REFRESH/EXPORT) exceeds the Enterprise Session Token Timeout setting in the WebApplicationContainerServer (WACS).

To resolve the issue:

Log into the BusinessObjects CMC
Locate the WebApplicationContainerServer (WACS)
Select Properties
Increase the Enterprise Session Token Timeout
