The following BusinessObjects error occurs in a Burst or XDC during LOGON:

All the named user sessions for Admin_IB are currently in use. Release an existing session and try again (FWB 00094)

Starting in BI 4.2 SP04, SAP introduced a restriction on Named User licenses. A named user cannot log on more than 10 times concurrently. The error is likely the result of the concurrency restriction.

There are a few ways to work around the problem:

Restrict the number of concurrent logons from InfoBurst by reducing the Platform Document Queue to match the BusinessObjects NUL restriction (https://help.infosol.com/solution/articles/19000016985-platform-management see Platform Queues).
Use another type of BusinessObjects licensed user that does not have this concurrency restriction.
