Excel CSV Delivery issue using NONE Sting Delimiter (Quote Character)

This issue is resolved in Build 240 FP2.

A Delivery is created in the Flash user interface where format is Excel CSV and String Delimiter is None. This Delivery cannot be opened in the HTML5 user interface.
This issue is under investigation.
