Error "Save Failed -- No name given to object" using Run Burst Action

This issue is resolved in Build 240 FP2.

A Run Burst Action uses a start delay of one or more minutes. The following error occurs in the Server Log when the Action is triggered by the object that uses the Action:
! ERR/LOST_DB_CONNECTION – Save Failed – No name given to object Stack
This issue is under investigation.
