This issue is resolved in Build 240 FP2.

An Office 365 SharePoint platform uses App-Only authentication. The following error occurs when attempting to add a document to InfoBurst from that platform:
Call to 'getdocumentbypath' Failed :: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ==> File Not Found.
This issue is under investigation.
