Credentials prompt when creating SharePoint App-Only platform

Create a new SharePoint platform which uses App-Only authentication. Saving the new platform results in prompt for platform credentials. Platforms credentials are not applicable when using App-Only authentication.

This issue is under investigation.

This issue is resolved in Build 240 FP3.
