Error when adding Delivery (Setting) to Excel Content Grouping

A burst uses Content Group to Excel. In this scenario it is not possible to add a delivery (setting) to a burst item for purposes of configuring tab splitting or Excel Extensions.

This issue is under investigation.

This issue is resolved in Build 240 FP3.
