No Activity Logs after Build 240 update

No logs are visible under Monitor > Activity Logs after updating to Build 240.


To resolve this issue:


  • Stop the InfoBurstPlatform service
  • Open a command prompt on the InfoBurst server and change directory to the InfoBurst application root folder (default = C:\Program Files (x86)\InfoSol\InfoBurstPlatform)
  • Enter MigRepoUtil 236
  • Answer Yes to the subsequent dialogue
  • Start the InfoBurstPlatform service

Hi Bryan,



This helps us to show logs for new burst and active running logs.


We have some issues with Activity Logs for previosly run Burst. Its not showing any log details in New UI but for same burst its showing log details in Flex-UI. We are looking for 7days activity logs for some burst and has this issue for many burst.


Do you have any fix for this issue. Let me know if you need more details .I wil raise new Incident ticket for same.

Thanks Bryan.  I ran the utility.  I can see new activity.   Is there any way to view activity that occurred prior to running the MigRepoUtil 236 utility?. Not a big deal if there isn't.
