Template name as Delivery name

In the legacy Flash user interface, the Template name is used as the delivery name when using a Template to create a delivery in a burst. In the HTML5 user interface, the Template name is not used as the delivery name.

This issue is resolved in InfoBurst Build 240 FP2.
