Burst parameter/filter data source error "Internal issue while setting burst document parameter data source"

A burst contains a document or query with a parameter. A Database Query data source is assigned to the parameter. A value is entered in the Column field. The following error occurs when attempting to save the burst:

Internal issue while setting burst document parameter data source

This issue is under investigation.

This issue is resolved in Build 240 FP4.
