The following error occurs during the DELIVERY phase of a burst where the destination is Network Folder and the file being delivered is replacing an existing file of the same type/name:
The process cannot access the file...it is being used by another process
The error is generated by Windows typically when the file is being used by an application. For example, the target Excel file is open in the Excel client when InfoBurst attempts to replace the file with a new Excel file. Windows locks the file and will not allow the replace to occur.
To resolve the issue, ensure the target file is not being used by any application.
