Cache Query parameter error "Missing value for parameter"

Create a Cache Query with a parameter. Save the query but do not run it. Select another query. Select the original query. Run the query and the following error occurs:

Missing value for parameter

This issue is under investigation.

This issue is resolved in Build 240 FP4.
