Error accessing Settings for Burst Item grouping

Content Grouping is enabled. User then wants to add or edit a Setting to change item-level options like formatting. This action results in the user interface displaying the Delivery user interface improperly and the user interface becomes unusable until refreshed.

This issue is under investigation.
