Queue Email error when using HTML with accented tab characters

A WebI document contains report tabs which contain accented characters. The document uses an Email delivery. In this scenario, an error similar to the one below occurs:

Error ==> File 'C:\Program Files (x86)\InfoSol\InfoBurstPlatform_RTS\29724\1550\0000\html_1\DEV_WEBI42_NOP\SynthÃ¨se ActivitÃ© Mois Dernier IBE\IMG1.png' does not exist.

This issue is under investigation.
