User interface login error "Failed to Logon - 500 - Internal Server Error" after change to AccessTokenTimeout

Change System > Configuration > AccessTokenTimeout and save. Subsequent login attempts result in the following login error:


Failed to Logon - 500 - Internal Server Error


To work around the issue:

  • Open a command prompt (Run As Administrator) on the InfoBurst server
  • Change directory to the InfoBurst application root folder (default = C:\Program Files\InfoSol\InfoBurst)
  • Enter IBConfig AccessTokenTimeout 10
  • Restart the InfoBurst service
